Our Many Programs
From age 5 to age 18, Joey's has a program to suit the needs and interests of any child. Our unique programs introduce amazing activities to enjoy a lifetime. We study our lands, understand our surroundings and make new friends. We travel to amazing private and public waters and enjoy visits from wonderful guests from Wyoming Game and Fish, USDA Forest Service and more. We learn about exciting projects and approachable careers. We get wet, often dirty and fortunately never lost!
Each individual camp or class has been specially designed to accomodate the specific needs of the students that will be attending. From exciting summer camps, to rod building classes, to fly tying - students will work with staff and mentors and be introduced to the world of fly fishing and the great outdoors of Wyoming as never before.
Joey's often works with referring agencies and schools to create personalized classes or camps to fit the needs of the youth they request services for.
During the summer of 2017 we will enjoy hosting special camps creatively designed for Story, Tongue River, Big Horn, Coffeen, Sagebrush and Wyola, MT Elementaries as well as Sheridan High School, First Light Early Education Center, CASA of Gillette, New Boces of Gillette, Sheridan's Big Brothers and Big Sisters and more! Each of these many weeks we will have enjoyed the outdoors as never before!
Every Wednesday we join the staff at the Story Fish Hatchery for a personally guided tour. Thank you to these special tour guides! We have learned a lot from all of you!
Contact us to learn how we can create a special camp just for you! Remember that adults are kids at heart too! We can also help you develop programs for other older groups, agencies, churches or businesses; all it takes is a request and a really fun plan!
